- After a booking is confirmed and in handling process, demand of verification or cancellation of the booking is not acceptable.
- For any change of personal data, HK$50 based on each room will be charged as handling fee.
- On a booking cancellation, HK$50 will be charged for the request claimed 3 days or longer prior to check-in day; or HK$100 for 1 to 2 days prior; or the first day hotel charge within 24 hours prior as handling fee.
