1. The passenger shall abide by the regulations issued by the company posted in the bus. Retain the ticket for verification.
2. Ticket refund or change is not accepted on the day of departure and requires seven days notice before long consecutive public holidays (including the Spring Festival, Easter, Qingming, Christmas, Spring Trade Fair and Autumn Trade Fair).
¡@(a). The passenger shall request refunds/changes before the day of departure:
¡@¡@( i) request refund at the ticket office where the ticket was purchased for the change of the journey and the service charge will be 20% of the ticket price.
¡@¡@(ii) the ticket holder can change the date or bus number for the same number of passengers and tickets of the same value without charge. He is responsible for the difference if there is an increase in the value of the tickets for the same number of passengers. The ticket holder will not receive the difference if the value of the ticket changed is lower than the original price. Each ticket can be refunded or changed only one time.
¡@(b). it is necessary that the passenger requires a minimum of seven days before the departure day during long consecutive public holidays to request a refund and the service charge will be 50% of the ticket price. If he wishes to change the date or number of the bus seven days before the day of departure please refer to the regulation.
3. The ticket becomes invalid if it is altered. The ticket will not be reissued if lost. The ticket holder shall board the bus according to the date, number, boarding place designated by the ticket. The ticket is valid on the day of issue only.
4. Free tickets are for children under three years old not occupying a seat. Child Tickets are available for children between three and five years of age. Each ticket is limited to one passenger only.
5. Each passenger is entitled to carry one luggage with a size of 55cmx45cmx20cm (or 22in.x18in.x8in.) and a maximum weight of 10 kilos (22 pounds). The extra weight will be charged HK$5 per kilo.
6. Passengers shall hold valid travel documents regulated by Hong Kong SAR, Chinese government and other countries. Please check documents to ensure they have not expired. Chinese Hong Kong residents must hold Hong Kong ID card and Return Permit and declare to Customs the formalities required for the clearance of the inbound articles subject to declaration, including HK and foreign cash currencies, gold, silver and articles made of precious materials, watches, cameras and computers. According to Chinese Foreign Currency Administration Regulations, resident passengers carrying foreign cash currencies exceeding the equivalent of 2,000 US dollars, and non-resident passengers carrying foreign cash currencies exceeding the equivalent of 5,000 US dollars shall declare to the Customs and apply for "Carry Permission" to the Foreign Currency Administration Bureau or the bank before entry or exit. It is forbidden to carry more than RMB 6,000 cash when entering into or exiting out of the Chinese mainland. Foreigner passport holders shall possess a valid entry and exit visa issued by the Chinese government and shall complete the forms specified by the Immigration Departments and the Customs of both countries. Hong Kong buses traveling between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong do not take those who hold single-entry permits (excluding official or personal passports, double-entry permits).
7. The passenger shall produce valid certificates for verification when they board the bus. The company reserves the right to refuse the passenger whose certificate has expired or is invalid.
8. For the sake of health and safety of all the passengers, any ticket holder will be refused to board the bus if he is found in an inebriated state, suffering from a mental disorder, or having contagious or serious diseases. A female in an advanced state of pregnancy can also be refused. The refused ticket holder can request a refund at the ticket office afterwards.
9. The passenger shall be considerate and not disturb others when traveling on the bus. Earphones are suggested for those that wish to listen to a personal audio player or radio. Do not talk to the driver when the bus is in motion as not to distract the driver. Do not leave your seat during the journey for the safety.
10. If passengers violate Articles 3 to 9, the company reserves the right to refuse to carrying these passengers. The passenger has the obligation to keep his certificates valid and conform to the regulations. Otherwise, the violator is not entitled to a ticket refund.
11. The passenger is responsible to take care of all belongings. The company has no responsibilities for any loss or damage. The passenger shall not bring items prohibited by the Customs or dangerous items including poultry, birds and fish.
12. The bus service is cancelled without prior notice due to the observatory hoisting Typhoon No.8 signal or above, or road immersed in water, or mud rushing down and other unpredictable reasons unsuitable for driving. The ticket holder shall call the company for inquiry and request a ticket refund afterwards.
13. The company performs the responsibility of compensation specified by the third party insurance regulations. In case of an accident, the company will compensate the injured passenger in accordance to the completed police record.
14. If the bus fails to drive the passengers to the destination due to equipment breakdown, the company will attempt to continue the journey with a substitution bus. In case the company cannot supply a substitution bus, the passengers can take other transport vehicles by themselves. If the bus completes three fourths of the whole journey, the passengers are not entitled to a ticket refund, otherwise they can transact ticket refunding at the ticket office afterwards.
15. The company shares no responsibilities for any loss caused by the failure to pass the Customs before it is out of operation or suspension halfway as a result of typhoon, traffic accidents, mud rushing down, water immersion and such non-artificial happenings. The company will try to transfer passengers to Shenzhen Lo Wu Station for return to Hong Kong. |

1. The bus starts departs on time so passengers shall arrive for boarding the bus 15 minutes earlier than scheduled departure at the boarding point. Refund of the ticket for late arrivals is not accepted.
2. The ticket is valid only on the day of issue and invalid if it is altered. If the passenger wishes to change the date or number, he shall transact this procedure in the company's ticket offices within 48 hours before departure and will be charged HK$30 for each ticket.
3. The company has no responsibilities for any loss or damage of the ticket after it is purchased.
4. The passengers shall produce their travel documents for checking before they board the bus. The company has no responsibility for any loss that occurs due to the invalid or expired documents held by the passenger. If a special bus is needed to leave the forbidden area, each passenger is charged HK$200.
5. Each passenger is entitled to carry one luggage only with a size not to exceed 12in.x18in.x10in. The company will charge HK$30 for oversized luggage or refuse to carry this passenger that is not entitled to a ticket refund.
6. The company shares no responsibilities for luggage loss, stolen or damage.
7. The ticket holder can transact date change afterwards in the event of cancelled bus service, as the result of Typhoon No.8 or road discontinuation.
8. Any traffic accidents during the journey shall be handled according to the Hong Kong and Chinese local insurance regulations (limited to personal injury and death insurance).
9. The company regrets any inconvenience caused by any bus change during a journey.
10. The foreign passport holders or persons carrying electric appliances documents subject to declaration shall pay attention that this bus will wait at Customs for 20 minutes only.
11. The passenger shall be responsible for the delay or loss if he changes the boarding point personally without the company's approval. |

1. Each ticket is limited to one passenger only. Adult tickets are required for persons aged over eight; Child Tickets is available for children between three and eight years old and free tickets for children less than three years (no seat).
2. Ticket is nonrefundable after purchase. The ticket is valid only for the day and time of issue.
3. The passenger shall possess completed and valid certificates and shall be responsible for the return of the certificates if they fail in accordance with the regulations of Immigration Department.
4. The passenger shall not carry prohibited items or things that are subject to levied taxes.
5. The bus will wait for the luggage check at Customs for 15 minutes only.
6. The passenger is entitled to carry luggage up to 10 kilos for free and be vigilant with valuable items. The passenger shall keep watch of his luggage when boarding on or getting off the bus. The company has no responsibilities for any loss or damage.
7. The company has purchased third party insurance both in Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. In case an accident causes death or injury in the territory of Chinese mainland, the maximum compensation amounts to RMB100,000 yuan according to the local regulations. All disputes will be settled and arbitrated in the Supreme Court of People's Republic of China. If an accident occurs in Hong Kong the maximum compensation amounts to HK$500,000.
8. The passenger must transact ticket refunding or changing date of departure within one month for the cancelled bus service as the result of Typhoon No.8 and road discontinuation. If it changes to Typhoon No.3 two hours before departure and the bus service continues, the company will not offer ticket refunding.
9. The above regulations apply to all the bus services and rent services of this company. |

1. The passengers are regarded to fully agree and acknowledge the regulations issued by the relevant transportation department and the agent. The cancellation or delay of bus service as a result of a natural disaster or an unpredictable accident is handled according to relevant regulations.
2. The passenger shall arrive at the boarding spot at least 15 minutes earlier according the date, number, time and boarding spot designated by the ticket.
3. The passenger shall bring complete and valid certificates otherwise he shall be responsible for all the losses of the delay caused by the questionable certificate.
4. Refunding is not accepted after the purchase. Invalid if the ticket is altered, transferred, changed or lost.
5. Each passenger can carry a luggage of up to 10 kilos for each whole price ticket. The passenger may be charged for over weight or may be refused to consign it.
6. The passenger shall not bring prohibited or banned items. |

3. The passenger shall take care of all their belongings by themselves. The company shares no responsibilities for any loss or damage.
4. The passenger is regarded to fully agree and acknowledge the regulations issued by the transportation department and the agent. The cancellation or the delay of the bus service as a result of the natural disaster or unpredictable accident is handled according to the relevant regulations.
5. The passenger shall arrive at the boarding spot 15 minutes earlier according to the date, number, time, boarding spot designated by the ticket otherwise he will be responsible for the loss caused by his delay.
6. The ticket is valid only on the day and time of issue and is nonrefundable.

9. The sale of the ticket is subjected to the regulations issued by this company.
10. In case of an accident during the journey, it shall be handled according to the insurance regulations specified by Hong Kong and Chinese local authorities. |

6. The company has no responsibilities for the delay caused by traffic conditions.
7. The waiting time for the luggage and document check is limited to 30 minutes counted from entry into Customs.
8. The passenger can transact ticket refunding or change at the ticket office within one month due to the cancellation or delay of the bus service as a result of Typhoon No.8 or above or black storm. |

4. The bus waits no more than 20 minutes for the luggage check at the Customs.
5. The passengers shall take care of all their belongings. The company has the right to refuse consignment for excess and fragile items.
6. The passenger shall board and depart at the designated spot for the sake of safety.
7. In case of an accident, it will be handled according to the insurance regulations issued by Hong Kong and Chinese local authorities.
8. The ticket holder can transact refunding or change of the ticket for the cancellation of bus service as a result of Typhoon No.8. |

1. Child Tickets are available for children aged between three and ten years of age. Adult tickets are required for persons over ten years old. Each full price ticket holder can bring one child aged under three years old (no seat). The conductor has the right to check the ID cards of the passengers.
2. All the passengers shall produce the valid tickets issued by this company. Any photocopied or altered tickets are not accepted. The company will not reissue the ticket if it is lost or damaged and the passenger must purchase a new one for passage.
3. There are no refunds or changes of the tickets after purchase.
4. The validity lasts one month from the date of departure during low seasons for the return ticket of round-trip tickets with no reserved return date or unused on the designated date on a stand by basis. The passenger can wait at the station during the validity and board the bus if there is a vacant seat available.
5. Each passenger can carry one luggage up to 10 kilos, with a size of not more than 26cmx54cmx61cm. The passenger shall not bring any prohibited, illegal items or animals or plants in his luggage. The company reserves the right not to consign excess luggage. The passenger shall avoid bringing items that are subject to levied taxes so as not to delay other passengers passing Customs. If the passenger disturbs others and misbehaves, the conductor reserves the right to ask him to get off the bus. This passenger will not get any compensation or alternative arrangements if sent back by the company and his ticket is regarded used.
6. The passenger shall take care of all his belongings. The company has no responsibilities for any loss or damage.
7. If the bus fails to arrive at the designated stop on time that is not out of the carelessness of the company or its employees or its agent, the passenger or relevant persons shall not ask for compensation from the company.
8. The waiting time at Customs is limited to 15 minutes. The company has the right to decide the departure time so as not to delay the majority of passengers.
9. The passenger shall not ask for any compensation from the company due to a bus that fails to arrive at the destination on time as a result of traffic, accidents or other uncontrollable reasons.
10. The passenger can transact the ticket refund or change to other buses when there is a vacant seat available due to the cancellation or delay of the bus service as a result of the condition listed in Article 9.
11. If the bus arrives at Huangguang Pass after hours of operation due to traffic jam, accident or other uncontrollable reasons, the bus will proceed to Lo Wu Customs. The passengers can pass Customs by themselves and proceed on their own but shall not ask for any compensation from the company.
12. The passenger shall possess complete and valid certificates. If a passenger fails to produce the valid certificates and pass Customs in a timely manner, his ticket is regarded as used and he will not get a ticket refund from the company. The company will not arrange transport to drive him to the starting point.
13. The company has no obligation to guarantee that the passengers' certificates are valid and true. If the passenger is delayed at Customs for questionable certificates, the conductor has the right to decide not to wait for this passenger and his ticket is regarded as used. The company has no duty to arrange his onward or return journey and he shall not ask for any compensation from the company.
14. The passengers can request a ticket refund or change to other buses within 30 days from the date of departure designated on the ticket for the cancellation of the bus service due to the bad weather, such as Typhoon No.8 or above warning sign, black storm warning or landslide warning put up by Hong Kong Observatory or Typhoon No.10 by Chinese Meteorological Observatory. The passenger shall not receive compensation from the company.
15. When the typhoon signal, black storm warning or landslip warning is cancelled, the departure time of the bus is arranged according to actual conditions. The passenger shall telephone the company for inquiry.
16. The company reserves the right to change departure time according to special conditions without separate notice.
17. The content of this regulation subjects to change without prior notice. |

1. The passengers shall abide by the regulations issued by this company.
2. The company has purchased third party insurance both in Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. The company performs the responsibility of compensation specified by the third party insurance regulations. In case of an accident happen in the territory of Chinese mainland, the company will compensate the injured passenger in accordance to the completed police record.
3. The ticket is valid only on the day of issue and invalid if it is altered. The passenger shall apply for ticket refund within 48 hours and ticket change within 24 hours before the departure date. 50% of the ticket price is required as the service charge of ticket refund and each ticket requires $20 as the service charge of ticket change. On the departure date, refunds or change of the ticket is not accepted.
4. Ticket refund or change is not accepted in seven days notice before long consecutive public holidays and festivals (e.g. Spring Festival, Qingming, Easter, Christmas, etc).
5. The passenger shall possess complete and valid certificates otherwise he shall be responsible for any loss caused. If the passenger is refused to continue his journey because of his invalid certificates at Customs, he must pay HK$200 for a special bus service to leave the forbidden area.
6. If the passenger is delayed for being prosecuted by Customs for carrying prohibited items or electric appliances that are subject to levied taxes (including bill of lading), the bus will not wait and the company will not be responsible for any economic losses incurred.
7. Each passenger with a full price ticket can carry a luggage up to 15 kilos with a size of not more than 60 cm3 but only half the weight for each Child Ticket. The extra fee is charged for exceeding this limit. The maximum weight shall not exceed 30 kilos otherwise the company has the right not to consign any excess luggage.
8. The passenger shall take care of all his belongings and the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
9. The company will cancel the bus service if a Typhoon No.8 or above is hoisted in Hong Kong or along the relevant route and the passenger can change the departure date of the ticket within one month without charge.
10. The company has no responsibilities for any loss that may occur due to stopping during the journey and failure to return to Hong Kong on time which is not caused by the company. |
